Looking back at our trip, this was undoubtedly one of the most memorable days we spent in Bali, and it exceeded all of our expectations.

Before our tour even started, we needed to change our original booking date. We expected the process to be complicated, but Dedi made everything incredibly easy. He responded quickly, accommodated our request without any problems, and ensured that all the arrangements were updated smoothly. This flexibility immediately gave us confidence that we had chosen the right company.
On the morning of the tour, our driver arrived exactly on time for the pickup. The journey from our hotel to Sambangan Village took around two hours, but it never felt long. Our driver was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know us. Along the way, we chatted about Balinese culture, local traditions, and the beautiful countryside we passed through. His warm personality made the drive enjoyable and relaxing.
Upon arriving in Sambangan Village, we met our local trekking guide, Pancha, who welcomed us with one of the biggest smiles we had seen in Bali. From the very first moment, his kindness and enthusiasm made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead.
The trek led us through lush tropical rainforest, quiet village paths, and crystal-clear rivers toward some of North Bali’s most spectacular hidden waterfalls. Every waterfall had its own unique beauty, from powerful cascades crashing into deep natural pools to peaceful jungle waterfalls surrounded by untouched greenery.
Throughout the day, Pancha never rushed us. He patiently allowed us to enjoy every location, take photographs, swim in the refreshing pools, and simply appreciate the incredible scenery. His local knowledge added so much to the experience as he explained the history of the area, the surrounding nature, and the traditions of the local community.
Safety was clearly one of the team’s highest priorities. At each waterfall where swimming or water activities were possible, Pancha carefully provided life jackets and explained the safest places to enter the water. His attention to detail gave us complete confidence, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of the adventure.
Swimming beneath the waterfalls was an unforgettable experience. The cool mountain water was incredibly refreshing after hiking through the jungle, and the peaceful surroundings made every stop feel like discovering a hidden paradise.
After an exciting morning exploring the waterfalls, we returned to the village where a delicious homemade Balinese lunch was waiting for us.
The traditional meal was freshly prepared using local ingredients and served with genuine Balinese hospitality. Every dish was full of authentic flavour, and sharing lunch in the village gave us another opportunity to experience the warmth and generosity of the local community.
By the end of the day, we realised that what made this experience so special wasn’t only the spectacular waterfalls—it was the people.
Dedi’s excellent organisation, our driver’s friendliness, and Pancha’s patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness transformed a great adventure into an unforgettable memory. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, safe, and welcome throughout the entire journey.
