At Bali Local Tour Guide, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local guides.
Cancellation by the Guest
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- More than 7 days before the tour date: You will receive a 100% refund of any deposit or payment made (excluding bank or payment processing fees, if applicable).
- 2-7 days before the tour date: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour date: No refund will be provided.
- No-show on the tour date: No refund will be issued.
Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change your travel date or tour itinerary, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the new tour has a higher price.
Cancellation by Bali Local Tour Guide
In rare circumstances, Bali Local Tour Guide may need to cancel or modify a tour due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters or volcanic activity
- Government regulations or travel restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Unexpected operational issues beyond our control
If we cancel your tour, you may choose one of the following options:
- Reschedule your tour to another available date.
- Receive a full refund of all payments made.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment platforms are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and other unforeseen travel disruptions.
