Your adventure begins with an early-morning journey into the cool highlands of North Bali, where you will experience sunrise at the Twin Lakes Viewpoint before exploring the ancient rainforest surrounding Lake Tamblingan with an experienced local guide. After trekking through the jungle and learning about the forest, sacred temples, and local traditions, cross Lake Tamblingan by a traditional Balinese dugout canoe before continuing to the magnificent Sekumpul Waterfall.

Spend your first night in Sekumpul Village, staying at a local guesthouse and enjoying a traditional Balinese dinner prepared by a local family.

On Day 2, wake before sunrise and travel to Lovina Beach for a traditional boat trip to observe wild dolphins in their natural environment. Continue to Brahmavihara-Arama Buddhist Monastery and relax at the Banjar Natural Hot Springs before heading to Mayong Village, a peaceful farming community surrounded by rice terraces and tropical plantations. Here, experience another authentic home-cooked Balinese dinner and spend the night in a local village guesthouse.

Day 1 – Sunrise, Tamblingan Jungle Trek & Sekumpul Waterfall

Your adventure begins with an early 5:00 AM hotel pick-up from South Bali. Travel through the cool mountain region of Bedugul and arrive at the spectacular Twin Lakes Viewpoint just before sunrise. Watch the first light illuminate Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan while enjoying a traditional Balinese breakfast overlooking one of Bali’s most breathtaking landscapes.

At 7:00 AM, begin your guided trek through the protected rainforest surrounding Lake Tamblingan, one of Bali’s last remaining primary forests. Walk beneath towering tropical trees, discover sacred jungle temples, and learn about the area’s rich biodiversity and spiritual significance from your local guide.

Your trek continues with a peaceful crossing of Lake Tamblingan aboard a traditional Balinese dugout canoe, handcrafted by local villagers and used for generations.

After the trekking experience, continue to Sekumpul Village to visit the magnificent Sekumpul Waterfall, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Bali. Surrounded by lush rainforest and dramatic cliffs, this spectacular natural wonder is the perfect finale to your first day.

In the evening, check in to a charming local guesthouse in Sekumpul Village and enjoy a delicious home-cooked Balinese dinner prepared by a local family, offering a genuine taste of village hospitality.


Day 2 – Lovina Dolphins, Banjar Hot Springs & Mayong Village

Wake up early for a 4:30 AM departure to Lovina Beach.

Board a traditional Balinese outrigger boat and cruise across the calm waters of the Bali Sea as the sun rises. Watch wild dolphins swimming freely in their natural habitat during the unforgettable Lovina Dolphin Watching Tour, one of North Bali’s most iconic experiences.

After breakfast (at your own expense), continue to the peaceful Brahmavihara-Arama Buddhist Monastery, the largest Buddhist monastery in Bali.
