My name is I Komang Slamat, and I was born and raised in Munduk Village, one of the most beautiful mountain destinations in North Bali. Surrounded by lush rainforests, waterfalls, coffee plantations, and scenic trekking trails, I developed a deep love for nature from an early age.

Guiding is part of my family’s heritage. Both of my parents were respected local trekking guides in Munduk, and they inspired me to follow in their footsteps. Growing up, I learned not only the trails and landscapes of Munduk but also the importance of providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcome, safe, and connected to the authentic beauty of Bali. Their knowledge and experience became the foundation of my own career as a professional local guide.

Over the years, I have expanded my expertise far beyond Munduk. Today, I lead trekking and hiking adventures across some of Bali’s most spectacular mountains, including Mount Batukaru, Mount Sanghyang, Mount Lesung, and Mount Pucak Mangu. Whether guiding guests through ancient rainforests, volcanic landscapes, hidden waterfalls, or remote mountain villages, I am passionate about creating safe, unforgettable, and meaningful outdoor experiences for travelers of all skill levels.

I joined Bali Local Tour Guide because I was inspired by the team’s professionalism, shared values, and strong commitment to authentic tourism. Every member brings unique knowledge from different regions of Bali, and together we support one another to provide the highest standard of service. I believe that this teamwork allows us to offer richer experiences and helps every guest discover the true spirit of Bali.

As a proud member of Bali Local Tour Guide, my mission is to introduce travelers to the incredible beauty of Munduk, North Bali, and Bali’s magnificent mountain landscapes. Whether you are looking for jungle trekking, mountain hiking, waterfall adventures, or cultural experiences, I look forward to sharing my local knowledge, passion for nature, and the hidden gems that have shaped my life since childhood.
